Two years ago, our community wisely agreed to raise the dues to provide more funds to maintain the roads. But because of our outdated governance documents the HOA is laboring under, a small minority of OWE property owners are getting away with not paying their fair share and compelling us to waste a lot of money on lawyers without much hope of recouping those legal fees. The new governance documents will assist in ending the delinquencies from those who are not paying their fair share of much-needed dues that, instead of going to legal fees for lawyers, should go towards the needed repair and maintenance of our community roads.

Your Board and Your Property Owners Documents Review Committee worked tirelessly to change the documents, so they favor the members; by protecting their rights, enforcing rules upon the Board for transparency with assessments and spending, and providing a policy framework for the guarantee that everyone is represented fairly in all HOA matters from here forward.
