RIGA DRIVE AND WEST RIGA DRIVE PAVING PROJECT UPDATE

Weather permitting, paving on Riga Drive and West Riga Drive will begin on Thursday, March 19, 2026. The project will run from Route 26 to Milda Drive and is funded through a CTF grant secured by the Ocean Way Estates HOA with support from the State of Delaware and the Delaware State Department of Transportation. During the project, please use caution as you approach the Route 26 entrance. The contractor stated they will pave one lane at a time and flaggers will be on-site to coordinate traffic.
